Fabric Monger

Ayakashi is exactly the kind of anime I like (great design, some of my favorite designers, wicked awesome cool traditional stories, slick pacing, spooky spooky spooky doom), while this isn't directly related (good lord, the show is far more stylish than I care to replicate in a simple ID), it certainly in influenced by the Bakeneko arc. I haven't had a chance to watch Mononoke yet, but if it is half as good as Ayakashi it will certainly be worth watching.
